When you submit a vehicle verification request through our homepage form, we collect only the two pieces of information necessary to process your lookup: your WhatsApp number and the vehicle chassis number. When you submit an inquiry through our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address or WhatsApp number, subject, and message content.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To search our internal Auction Records database for a record matching the submitted vehicle chassis number.
• To generate a unique Request ID and send an automated notification to our administrator so our team can assist you on WhatsApp.
• To prevent spam, rapid duplicate submissions, and automated abuse of our verification and contact forms.

3. Storage and Security of Records

Submitted verification requests and internal auction sheet images are stored in private, access-controlled sections of our system that are excluded from public search indexing. Only authorized administrators can view submitted customer WhatsApp numbers and stored inspection images.

4. Contacting Us About Your Data

If you would like to request the removal of a previously submitted verification request or contact inquiry, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page and include your Request ID or WhatsApp number.
